Paramount dévoile aujourd'hui même un trailer officiel pour la série animée Golden Axe. Cette dernière déboule le 16 septembre 2026 exclusivement sur Paramount+.
"The legendary warriors of Golden Axe are embarking on an all-new quest.
Inspired by SEGA’s iconic 1989 arcade classic, Golden Axe makes the leap to a new animated series. Stream all 10 episodes Wednesday, September 16 only on Paramount+.
Watch the official trailer here:
The series reunites Ax Battler, Tyris Flare and Gilius Thunderhead on a mission to save Yuria from the evil giant Death Adder, who just won’t seem to stay dead.
Their quest gets a little more complicated with the arrival of Hampton Squib, an inexperienced and wildly underprepared adventurer whose lifelong dream of becoming a hero is considerably bigger than his actual adventuring skills. Forced to work together despite their flaws, the unlikely group will have to find a way to stop Death Adder once and for all.
Bringing these familiar heroes, and a few new faces, to life is an all-star voice cast featuring Matthew Rhys as Gilius Thunderhead, Danny Pudi as Hampton Squib, Lisa Gilroy as Tyris Flare, Liam McIntyre as Ax Battler and Carl Tart as Chronos “Evil” Lait.
Packed with action, comedy and plenty of nods to the game that started it all, Golden Axe brings the characters and world of the arcade classic to a new kind of adventure nearly four decades after the original first hit arcades.
Stream all 10 episodes of Golden Axe September 16 only on Paramount+."
