Grâce à l'institut Media Create, les chiffres de vente software japonais sont désormais connus pour la période allant du 22 au 28 août 2016.
Durant cette période, deux jeux PS4 sont notamment sortis avec Hatsune Miku Project Diva X HD de SEGA et KOF XIV de SNK. Le 25 précisément.
Concernant Project Diva X HD, il réalise seulement 12.915 exemplaires. Pour information, la version PS Vita avait connu un lancement à 69.438 exemplaires, fin mars 2016. Quant à KOF XIV, il réalise 20.655 exemplaires, un score assez moyen pour son éditeur SNK.
